Is there a service that hosts a small amount of video on a media server? Card preferential price.?

I need to serve some movies (FLV) to a client and my server is not cut. Everything is hectic as all get out of your (old) machine. Therefore, I have to host the machine. Attempts compression helped, but I can not cut more. Which leads to my question. Dedicated / media servers are not really needed for this task. It hit both for males too. There are also companies / services that allow me to download one or two short videos (1-2 minutes tops) every month, let me unrestricted access to FLV url serve things quickly, and allows payment for loading / unloading / Whatever?
