Modern Warfare 2 freezes?

Ive been looking on the internet now, about three days to find an answer that will really solve my problem.'m Running Modern Warfare 2 on my PC and it just freezes constantly. If I start a game, will last about 10 seconds and freeze 2 and follows the making. Ive tried: reducing the resolution in The Game and on my desk. cut steam in The Game community. Close all background applications (msconfig.. disable the video drivers) and updated card sound running in windowed mode running in compatibility mode, allowing the audio mixer I go, ideas and to be honest with this problem and a dedicated server several players that I'm going to actually break the disk into pieces! lol Here are the specs of my system: Windows 7 Proffessional 64-bit Intel Core2Duo 2.4Ghz E4600 NVIDIA 9800GT 1GB RAM, 4 GB Hard Drive 1TB I really hope someone can help me here.

I think it's because it has little Windows 7 64 -> _>. Nothing that is the Internet works now, hopefully will be fixed in future patches.
