When hosting a dedicated server in Garry Mod?

I host a dedicated server, and wonder if you can pose as models and textures for those who join? They should download the files you have, can download the server. They have to download it in www.garrysmod.org. You must download and extract the folder Garrysmod. Moreover, avoiding Ragdoll are really important … so there not really lol
