Multiplayer Modern Warfare 2?

I must have Modern Warfare 2 for PC? I give all the negative comments about the PC version of its ability Multi-player everyone. Calls for "dedicated servers" are gone and "IWnet" The servers are in The Game look like a little consolation. What is the problem with the dedicated servers are removed? What are they? And how is the multiplayer experience will be different in that previous MW2?

A dedicated server is usually a rental service. The User rents the server, software and Internet connection from the server.
