Music laws on an internet radio?

I have a love for video game music and was thinking of actually making a public website where I’d broadcast music 24/7 (I have a dedicated server). Does anyone know “the rules” on broadcasting this stuff out to the internet?

I’ve seen on another site before that in the Terms of Service, any music requested by owners to be taken down, will. Can I do exactly the same?

Thanks in advance.
PS: The site I’ve seen do this is http://radiosega.net/

That may be a problem. Unless the music is covered under ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC it’s not included in your royalty payments. See if you can find out
