How do I turn on my dedicated server on the Internet?

I have Steam Dedicated Server. This is evident in the local network. But none of my friends can participate. Help plz!

Should advance to the LAN Server. Shortly before the doors you need. (You can also activate as dmz – ponit that all Internet traffic to the server. Make sure the firewall on the server If you do the dmz machine) I'm assuming a router somewhere in the LAN system. Just keep in mind that some ISP (DSL, cable, etc.) must use terms we say that is not running a server online. So, check to see if this is allowed!
