There is a network of genius out there that actually speeds up the flow of network connection undersand?

I want a site based on Java, or both. There two options for me. Or get a dedicated server from a hosting company (I have one above), or make a server of my apartment. People seem unable receive me well. They say, "get 100 Mbps / S, but it seems that the connection on the switch port (perhaps from the server to change), so I do not know that number really means. I proved several ISPs such as Comcast, AT & T, Verizon. It appears that T1 is typically about 1.5 Mbps. According to what I received from Wikipedia, which are 24 voice channels. Everyone is 64 Kbps.
